Earlier this year I was privileged to take part in the Darkfall Online beta. I then subscribed for six months, took a few months off, and have resubscribed. One of the things that has been added in the time I was absent is a "Community Publisher" program. Basically it is a way for Aventurine to target advertising very specifically.
Anyone with an active subscription has the option to put a purchase link for Darkfall Online in their forums signature, on their website, or anywhere for that matter. If the link is used to purchase Darkfall Online then the subscriber gets a royalty of 20%. Yes you read that right, 20%. That is huge.
What I've done is add the link for my account to the Crazy Canucks website banner. If anyone uses that link to purchase Darkfall Online, the money will go to support the Crazy Canucks.
