We are experiencing some issues with our forums url's breaking. When this happens you won't be able to access the forums. I just started noticing it this week. I'm looking into the problem.
edit: I seem to have got the configuration to the place where the broken urls will magically fix themselves. The problem is specifically related to the category views in the forums. I will continue to look into this in the coming week.
